We're happy to introduce our newest feature at the office, our new online scheduling site! This new feature was implemented to accommodate both people who are on-the-go as well as those looking to make an appointment when the office is closed. For example, we frequently come into the office on Wednesdays to voice messages from patients who've called on Tuesday looking to schedule appointments for Wednesday morning. With only our phone system in place, these people would have to go through the rest of their day unsure of whether their desired time slot is available or not, in some cases not finding out until short notice the next morning.
With our new online scheduling site now in place, all our patients have to do is visit our Online Appointment Page, which shows all of our available time slots for the next 4 weeks, and reserve their appointment simply by clicking on their desired time slot and then entering their name, phone number and email address. This is a secure site, so you can rest easy knowing that the information you enter is safe. Of course, everyone is still welcome to call the office during our normal office hours to schedule your appointment by phone if this is still your preference. What we like most about this new feature is that it accommodates those looking to schedule appointments when we are out of the office and also those who are on-the-go and want to schedule their appointment online without having to contact us ahead of time. We're very excited about this new feature and hope you are too!
